It will be interesting to see the 20 pages Tmob files in support of their non-infringement motion, now that the final Markman has been issued. Seems to me they're going to have to give up their attempts at redefining the predetermined vicinity argument. Not sure what they'll come back with because the judge pretty well covered all the topics good and didn't leave much wiggle room.
