Anyone from CA is familiar w/ the FEDS tactics......they allowed the Medical Marijuana industry to flourish under the false pretense that no one would get busted if they followed State/Co laws........

Business was booming, then the major crackdown came......over 600 dispensaries shut down in CA this summer alone.......

Now the Feds want Mendocino Counties records from their Zip Tie program.......

The County officials fearing federal prosecution are going to oblige the govt. by handing over all of the patient and caregiver records.......

This action by the govt. happened merely weeks ago.......& even after the elections in CO & WA they want to crack down on Menocino Counties medical industry.......

Same thing is happenning in Humboldt Co........Feds are shutting down the entire MMJ industry......

County officials have been threatened w/ prosecution & have decided not to allow anymore dispensaries to open......

This is the Medical marijuana industry getting slammed hard in CA......

Just google Harborside in Oakland or Oaksterdam.......both giants getting federally prosecuted.....

The point is, the govt. isn't allowing the medical industry to thrive, so my assumption is they certainly won't allow recreational marijuana to exist w/ out a major battle.......

Prop. 215 was passed in CA in 1996........16 years later the Feds are still shutting it down......

WA & CO have a long road ahead of them & the new laws aren't a slam dunk......

All the WA law did was decriminalize possession of an ounce or less......not legalize......their law also put thousands of medical patients @ risk of getting a DuI......

WA & CO laws were poorly written.......watch the euphoria wear off & reality to sink in as the first martyrs get busted.........$$$
