Rick they clearly lied



you can't go from saying " the deal would have been finalized had JJ not attended" to "woops, sorry, we thought we had our ducks lined up" . Shareholders did not walk away from the meeting purely speculating we were weeks away. They were led to believe this was the case. Knowing LP is a known liar, hard to argue we weren't lied to. As Shenlon posted:

"Management also stated, vehemently, that Amarant was not part of Group B. And that it wouldn't take 18 weeks. And that if JJ hadn't been at the SHM we'd be done already. And that we've been DONE DONE DONE.
