Why do you say Dixie is their major source of revenue? According to the Q3, they only show $81K from Joint Venture. They show $1.4M from Hemp Oil Licensing Fees, but we have to presume that is for the Dixie X line (not the Elixirs & Edibles) which is legal, so there is no reason for Fed involvement.

Tomorrow will tell us a lot about the Fed's intentions when we see if there is any action taken in WA. I-502 makes it legal and goes into effect tomorrow. My guess is that the Fed has no cards left to play. The people want it and they do not have the science on their side to keep it on Schedule I.

Bound to be a lot of bumps in the road, but $MJNA is well positioned to take advantage of the demand from all possible angles and will therefore profit regardless of Fed action.
