Aprilov, I think the pps is low because

MMs and shorts are shaking out weak hands. Exhibit A is the post this morning on YMB by slugg n snail who stated that he was forced to sell half his shares, presumably this morning. I will spare others here the post, but Slugg has been posting for a long time and the frequency of posting has increased proportionately to the drop in price. I would argue that Slugg is exactly the type of "weak hand" that is being forced out by the tactics of manipulation. This scenario, unfortunately, is very common.
