I lost my pants on adn and still laugh to this day I ever got involved. (luckily other stocks wiped my backside for me). The thing that makes me laugh is how, just like adn, no news, no filing, nothing, zilch, zip, and it is as if it's not a problem to the SEC.

If any of the large blue chips just "stopped" any form of communication to the outside world, it would be front page news and the SEC would jump up and down, and I expect take no prisoners.

Yet this mob seem to float from car crash to car crash and nothing happens. Just dissolve and move on. Very strange.
