600 shares this morning at .18 - as I said, no liquidity and in my opinion nothing will change until those 200mil shares are tradable.

And that won't happen until January. That said, E*Trade still has 6500 shares that they'll provide to anyone with .18 per share. At the current rate which we're going through stock (at .18) they should be out by Christmas! IMO!

Then when liquidity is provided they'll take this down to the single digit range (pennies) and put out news. The current spread is designed to keep it from active trading. Again, that's just my read but we'll see how it goes... GL
