I have had seasonal allergies for as long as I can remember. (Spring and fall - spring is the worst.) I'm not sure what kind of allergies you have that occur this time of year? But since I have been on Anatabloc, my seasonal allergies are practically nonexistent. I'm 6' 260 lbs and take 9 per day. If I feel the "fuzziness" start around my eyes, or my sinuses start draining, I just pop a couple of extra Anatabloc. The effect on my allergies was another surprise benefit that I did not notice until someone on one of these message boards commented last spring about hearing on the radio, "that it was the worst pollen season..." and he just realized he was not experiencing his usual allergies.

The effect of Anatabloc on an area of Eczema in my scalp was what hooked me on Anatabloc in the first place. I had fought that crap for 20+ years. It was GONE within just a few days of my going on the Anatabloc. I was taking Anatabloc for a shoulder issue so I was very surprised when those huge flakes of skin suddenly stopped falling out of my hair. After a few weeks I went on a trip and forgot my Anatabloc. The Eczema came back. When I went back on the Anatabloc, it went away again.

Psoriasis update, well I have to say I am a bit in shock that my psoriasis keeps getting better. Really interesting to me, my elbows are healing faster than my knee. The patches on my elbows are now blending in to my skin color and much smaller and thinner- they usually look like huge cherries, with lots of scales. Sometimes the scales will lighten up due to my consistent aquaphor use, but the cherry colored redness never goes away, unless I have been in the sun for days. Wow, there is no doubt mine is way better.

The other day I said I was going to up my dose, but I didn't. I have been taking 6 per day. My allergies have been awful the last few weeks. I hope it isn't making them worse. I live in DC and the weather has been warm and cold, so could just be my allergies, but this is the worse I have had them in years. My sister's allergies have been awful as well, she thinks it is just the season and not the Anatabloc. I hope not, but it is on my mind.
