Very good news if it is legit, MB. Looks like today it is going green very well. I hope the best for you. We'll see when they release more info after 3 days.
Caution, though- they don't seem to really "exist" if you know what I mean and could be just a group that bought shares and are pumping it. Stock worth less than a penny getting bought out at 90 times it's pps is very suspect http://www.energypartnershipsllc.com/index.html
