This EVEN guy is amazing. I bet that is paid by people/institutions that have the ability to naked short or he does it for his own account 90. He does not change his profile, despite all the heat he gets, becomes his profile is his resume. When he is hired and they ask for his activity, credentials and past stocks he has bashed, he shows them his Ragin Bull Profile.
He has been bashing TLND and NMKT forever and has done all of the following on both boards:
slandering,
false accusations,
inaccurate infomation,
Incomplete information
has actually posted a SEC filing of ANOTHER company--saying it was NMKT's filing,
posting a bogus Press Release onboth companies,
ingnoring ALL positive developments at the companies
And, despite his insistence that he is correct on what he says about the company and management-he continues to hide behind an alias (probably a contion of his employement because his employers do not want to have a risk of being traced though him).
If he was certain that he could not get into legal trouble (after all, if everything he said was true and legal) then he would go public with his identity. The reason he does not identify himself is BECAUSE HE KNOWS HE WOULD HAVE LEGAL PROBLEMS if he was identified.
We all have seen various bashers over time, butthe worst of them known, IMO, is known as "EVEN". Why are they allowed by Ragin Bull to post personal attacks against the longs and a company's management at all hours of the day? I and others have filed over a ton of TOS violations with Raging Bull against EVEN, yet RB allows him to WHILE I have been sileneced for no TOS violation, just that my alias does not work for posting anymore.
Why?...at the SEC website there are 8-K filings regarding EVEN and others, whom are believed to be working with illegal short sellers. Check the NewMarket Technologies 8-K from April 25, 2005 for more details.
But when checking into the Raging Bull business itself it gets more intersting at the Raging Bull organization--RB is owned by Terra Lycos SA, which is owned by Telefonica SA of Spain, the global communications giant. Telefonica SA operates some financial services subsidiaries on the Isle Of Man -- which it has been noted where offshore hedge funds and banks that facilitate the illegal short sellers. operate out of the reach of SEC regualtors for the most part.
TTNJ on the pinks is being attacked constantly by the bashers and the company recently released a PR identifying the Isle Of Man as one of the offshore locations TTNJ management believes allowing a large "failure to deliver, or naked short position to exist in their accounts.
Like they say, when you see on cockroach, you find many more. IMO, these are not random coincidences. Maybe the SEC needs to look more closely at Raging Bull and its parent company. After all, why does RB stop posting by longs that fight the bashers, yet the bashers, doing more violations of the TOS, never can banned?

Evene more troubling, the company I am invested in (Telatinos, Inc.), and coincidentally the one being attacked by the bashers, recently released a PR naming the Isle Of Man as one of the locations they believe is facilitating a large, uncovered short position on the stock. The same PR also refers to "message board posters" as being in league with the illegal short sellers.
I am not claiming this as proof of anything--just noticing the string of intriguing "coincidences." For now, I am looking long and hard at Lycos and the Raging Bull organization. I have a sneaking suspicion that the rumors about RB are true.
