This was the exact same complaint after the first CC. He's an embarasment as a public speaker!

I honor the man for his ability to create this company and his passion for the company is undeniable, but his inability to speak publicly and the message/perception that conveys, hurts us terribly.

They need to either get him some help or let someone else take over this duty.
