austin01, How kind of you to ask my opinion. Letter=encouraging, Dismal share price=discouraging. In a nutshell, that's my answer to your two questions. However, I suppose I could expand a bit. The current s/p is not quite so discouraging if you read the President's letter and if you believe what is stated there.

Others on this board have done an admirable job of discussing the issues touched upon by the letter. The tech works (likely better than advertised), we're getting feedback from the equipment manufacturers, end user telcos are interested, and we should be signing deals on the movie soon which will bring in upfront and probably ongoing revenue which will be used for growing and marketing the technology.

Perhaps most significant to me was the comment that "...a consortium of banks has approached us to loan a significant amount of cash at very favorable terms. The Board of Directors has authorized the company to enter into the transaction...". A timely infusion of cash will be huge for the development of the ASIC and for getting the prototype in the eager hands of many other potential buyers or partners that have been involved in discussions with the company. And, "very favorable terms" are pretty hard to come by these days. If we can obtain financing in a way that minimizes dillution, that is most excellent.

The share price over the past months most certainly does not reflect the progress of the company, but rather for myself and others has provided an unprecedented buying opportunity. I am strongly invested and confidently awaiting what will occur in
the weeks and months ahead.
