Can somebody show me where the filings are for the acquisitions of.

There are none zip,zero,zilch.Just press releases.
The only filings they have made other than quarterlies,are change of Accountant and the Cornell deal.Now don't y'all think that the acquisitions of these other companies have to be filed?well they do have to be filed and if they are not,that means they are not legitimate,period.
What has happen to ez2poker? The news releases on that one have even disappeared.
Where are the ez2date spin-off shares?
I get tired of reading the incessant pumping on this company and no discussion of the facts.Some of you trying to get others to buy in here at any cost,when this company has more red flags than all NFL coaches have in there back pocket on Sundays,Is just a shame.Some of you pumpers here have no conscious.
On another note.

JB,I sincerely wish ya the best of luck with becoming the investor relations guy,if ya take the position cause man you are gonna need it.There are alot of very legitimate concerns and unanswered questions with this company.I will assume if ya do take the job,Otto will give you the honest answers to these questions and concerns before you accept the position so you have something to work with.If he don't then there is no reason to have a investor relations person.According to law,these companies are suppose to be transparent and so far this one is pretty cloudy.
