Not quite. What I said was that if the current management are out of shares to dump, they will need to issue more. To issue more, they probably have to raise the A/S. Management doesn't care so much what the stock price is, as long as they can issue more stock and there are buyers, they make money. It is a scam whether they issue more or not, but I am betting they will.
