Just spoke with the investor relations office on the phone. He confirmed that the CEO traveled to Bahrain, and there is a 90% chance that there will be news concerning the $50,000 initial investment and what it was used for, as well as news on the pilot program in Sri Lanka tomorrow pre-market.

He also informed me that VIPER made a small order deal with a US company to install lights, though he wouldn't tell me what company, just that there was an agreement.

He said there should be news tomorrow 12/5/12 PRE-MARKET, so myself and all of you just keep our fingers crossed.

The pilot program will be using government ordinances and the ministrie's workers to install the lights in the harbor and the few lights in Columbo, so no outsourcing, it is just like here in the US when the install street lights. The company won't get a 3rd party installer, they'll use government workers.
