Actually, you summed it up incredibly well. I know some of these mining schemes/scams that have run for years - one in Arizona has pulled in close to $30 million in 7 years and never an ounce of gold produced! Far more sophisticated than Bayport/EXTO, and it will probably go on another 7 years (if they can stay out of jail). Probably one you should invest in since they routinely manage to find another group of bagholders to replace the previous set.
