Can-anyone drive to PSID Investor-Relations, Delray-Beach, Florida for-answers..

REQUEST PSID COMPLIANCE WITH THE FEDERAL FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT, for SHOWING AND VERIFYING ALL TEAMING AGREEMENTS AND PARTNERSHIP CONTRACTS, pertaining to PSID announcing, before, they had Partnered with IDEAL LIFE and SIMPLEX HEALTH CARE for marketing and selling iglucose..

Also, ask to see proof that PSID Teamed with SAIC, as they have claimed..

SAIC declined to confirm any agreement with PSID. In light of PSID's track record on agreements it's my opinion that no agreement exists with SAIC.

Just as there were no agreements to sell iglucose meter there is no agreement with SAIC. There has been no confirmation of any agreement. However, filings show Silverman has been selling all year!!

Re: Sparky635 post# 2444 Post # of 2445

ok, all I'm saying is these companies don't give a crap about confirming or denying teaming agreements. IBM is bigger than saic and saic is bigger than psid, so the bigger companies don't feel a need to confirm??? I'm just saying...

I agree with you about folks playing golf when they should be working. Bad! Very bad. Reminds me of a lot of likewise presidents and ceo dudes.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but IBM not publicly confirming said agreement. However, I believe saic.

To Robert's point - apparently SAIC does announce teaming agreements

Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) announced today that it has signed a teaming agreement with IBM to pursue the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration

Caragol, ARE YOU LISTENING???? Have you sold anything today????

Wait don't answer that I already know the answer. How's the golf game? I'll bet you're really good at it. Bill you should take a good look at PSID share price and ask yourself if I sold something maybe it wouldn't take a wheel-barrel full of stock certificates to play a round of golf. Maybe you could work at a day or so a week on selling something. Think about it.

Dude, its easy to create new aliases & to delete posts that challenge you. Whats harder is to change writing styles. If youre not MBD then youre his clone. Is PSID working on clone technology as well as chip implants? LOL! I DO however agree with you & hope that everything you say DOES come true. I just find this amusing & helps me to take my mind off the fact that we have not gotten any CONCRETE news in quite a while on ANY of their products. This DOES concern me. I am invested in this company as is Robsct otherwise we would not be complaining as bitterly as we are. Good luck everyboby.

Look-

Now, if you go back and look between 15-OCT and 30-NOV, both Liv4free and MBD were saying this stock is going to be a big winner.

During that period Silverman was disposing shares as per SEC filing.

So ask yourself:
If what MBD and Liv4free are saying is true in this message board - that this stock will go over $1 or $2 long term,
then why is Silverman disposing his shares?

common sense?!

Huge Sell off?

When I posted my initial message "Huge Sell off?", Looks like Silvman was disposing his shares

here is my post:

Look at page 5 of 5, in SEC Filing:
