ok you are right, it is not only VSYS it is all OTC companies that can not be traded through major banks.. (who are in reality puppets of the nanny government) and owned by them.

So if you want to trade OTC companies in Canada you have to go to a brokerage house. That is a far cry from a cease trade order, which I thought you were talking about
