and 2:43pm for 300-Million-Shares (in 13 separate tranches),
followed by two "retail" Transactions -- one for four-million-Shares (339,200+3,660,800),
and the other for 10,000 appx. Shares.
This truly is of SOME import and significance, but I/we know not WHAT!
