You forgot... IMO...

My opinion is that you do some DD into the other companies linked here with TO/Smith/Nguyen and figure out that there may be a large chunk of money ALREADY invested into this since they've taken control...... and those extra 15bil shares may be restricted and used for something massive about to be revealed..... all IMO.
