I agree with you. Those that invested in CDEX in good faith are guiltless. They deserve much better but they are not in the least likely to see any return on their investment. Not ever. At best, an offsetting loss for income tax purposes.

The INONITSUNSABICHES deserve whatever it is that befalls them.

LUCK has little or nothing to do with it.

But an elementary analysis of the CDEX situation will reveal to anyone that the chances of emerging with a profitable enterprise is extremely unlikely.

Which is NOT the aim of the company anyway. Even if it was the aim they do not have the resources to bring it to market.
