Payne grants TM leave to file summary judgment motion!


"Before the Court is Defendant T-Mobile’s letter brief seeking leave to file a motion for summary judgment of non-infringement and, in the alternative, motion for summary judgment of invalidity (Dkt. No. 255). The Court hereby GRANTS T-Mobile leave to file a motion for summary judgment of non-infringement. T-Mobile’s opening brief and Plaintiffs’ responsive brief are each limited to no more than twenty pages."
