EXPU AS is not doubled some days ago, it has happened in april 2012, the TA wasnt gagged, so everyone were able to call them.

Not a big change in OS and FLOAT,

so in other words, no diluting has happened in this year

.....EXPU has 920 mil float and TA and Co. now say they are canceling another 80 million and soon will be 840.....
