Looking to dabble a little bit here but have a ?.

Since the O/S (free trading) shares are around 20 million and VSUT is supposedly sitting on over 100 Million $'s of coal - why wouldn't the company offer say .10/share to non-insiders holding shares and go private? This would cost 2 Million $'s but would provide private buyers with multi-million $'s in profits.

That's what I would do.

Just looking for some clarity that for sure is in the back of peoples minds with regards to this co.
