Again as of this past Friday, I spoke to Joe V.

In this conversation I had these questions -

1) could you please verify the validity of posts being made to the affect that you or W2 Energy stated financials will be released this week (last week)?

His response:
W2 Energy has the financials completed and last I heard earlier this week they had their attorney reviewing them as they are also filing paperwork for uplisting to the BB. I am not sure if this is slightly delaying their release, but they should be out soon.

2) will the full $300,000 from the initial PO show in this financial?

His response:
The way he understood and according to a recent PR they "have" received $80,000 of that $300,000 that should appear on this financial.

So up and down the PPS shall go and when these financials are released we shall see which direction it chooses as a more "permanent" one
