The AMD Intel cross license was filed with the SEC in redacted form and reported on Find Law. Kudos to someone on the board whose name I can not remember for the find.

Section 8.1 states that the license can not be assigned. Then section 8.2 states a limited exception for assignment but the heavy redaction of 8.2 makes it impossible to tell what the "limited exception" means.
