Interesting how bashers (especially on Raging Bull) talk about securities violatons, but when you do extensive reasearch, only 1 minor item comes up. And that had to do with Hamlin Elrod a member of Coconino S.M.A. (the prior company).

It didn't involve Veltex Corporation at all. In fact the small incident happened in 1991 and it was resoloved with a $5,000.00 fine. Yes, it was signed by Matin, but that was because it wasn't closed until 2004.

Nothing else with Utah Division of Securities and nothing with S.E.C. No Wells notice or anything.

Veltex Corp. has a sales office is Dhaka, Bangladesh and I've called them. The ladies I spoke with told me yes, they work for Veltex Corporation.

Anyone who has read the paper form D (rule 504) filed by Veltex Corporation knows that the accredited investors (how must wait 1 year to sell their restricted shares), know what they are doing.
