Look at CYBG: worldclass software and profitable -- first time ever -- for last two quarters. So inept in business that PR announced second in a row profitable quarter as the fact that over the previous 12 months they'd lost less than during the 12 months before that. Planning to bypass OTC and go NASDAQ, but I suspect a better bet as buyout candidate.
