True, I could wait to see who signs licenses, but you said, "After carefully reading all the patents multiple times it seems that MMRF has a gold mine in those patents." I was curious how you came to that conclusion.

Like I said, I'm seeing limitations in the patent claims that would suggest otherwise, including the "fax" and "fax server" and "private number" limitations in the claims. I can't find any of the major PHR systems that actually do it that way. If no one does it that way, then the patents aren't that valuable.

Even the really basic architecture of modern PHR system on Wikipedia don't use fax as the mechanism of exchange. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Personal_health_record#PHR_architecture)

I think I'm going to hold off on investing to see who these targets are.
