Clarke is bringing a solid private company public here under DNYS and that has some folks nervous who are short the other publicly traded company he runs TGGI. TGGI is on topic here.

Mr. Clarke is a true entrepreneur who like many other micro cap CEOs have to deal with naked shorting and abuse by criminal Market Makers who are working for hedge funds.

Its a fact that TGGI has been shorted to death. God help any fools that try shorting this stock with 2.8M shares in float of which 1.8M shares are trading electronically.....
