DIDG nice news; business developments:

The Digital Development Group Corp. (OTCBB:DIDG) (“DigiDev” or the “Company”), a rapidly expanding Internet TV content distribution company, announces further content acquisitions.

DigiDev is targeting the revolutionary “OTT” technology arena. “OTT” or Over The Top devices piggyback on existing network services in consumers’ homes or offices, pull content from the Internet and deliver it to their TV or Internet enabled device. DigiDev uses OTT technology to deliver programming to billions of desktops, mobile and smart/Internet enabled TV devices around the world.

The Company has announced a significant expansion to both its Sci-Fi programming and Silent Film Classics. An agreement with Mill Creek brings additional titles to the Sci-Fi channel set to launch within 2 weeks. Classic titles such as “Crater Lake Monster” and “Invaders From Space” join our burgeoning list of titles.

Additionally, DigiDev signed an agreement with Flicker Alley, one of the premier libraries in classic silent films. The Company gains access to a rich library that complements titles licensed from Film Preservation. The library includes genre classics such as Judex, the highly acclaimed serial from director Louis Feulade. The library also includes several titles starring Rudolph Valentino. The Silent Film Channel will also be launching within 2 weeks.

Digidev operates in the fast growing OTT space; this is defined as the delivery of content to internet TVs, Tablets and Smart Phones (iPhone, Android).

In an article released Sunday Dec 2, the prestigious investment news provider “Seeking Alpha” reported that consulting firm Arthur D. Little expects the domestic market for OTT to grow to $15 billion in 2016 from a base of $2 billion in 2011. It should be noted that DigiDev has worldwide rights in the majority of its contracts. Also, Accenture’s research boldly stated: “Video over the internet is nothing short of an industry revolution.”

Martin W. Greenwald, Chairman and CEO of DigiDev stated, “We continue our voracious appetite to license credible and niche content for both new channels and the expansion of existing channels. Many of these channels will be launched before year end.” Greenwald continued, “The article in 'Seeking Alpha' is a confirmation of not only the industry but the opportunity for DigiDev.” The article concludes with the statement: “With the internet TV universe projected to grow at triple digits for the foreseeable future, OTT is a space to watch.” Greenwald strongly agrees with the assessment.
