ephud Intel did have problem with .13
Remember the 1.13GHZ P3 which had to be recalled.

That was not a .13u product and it was not an example of a process problem. It was an example of pushing a process too far.

Also Intel had problems getting volume out initially which is well documented.

Well Documented? You've got to be kidding.
