I wont happen. There is no benefit to a "clean" company merging with such a diluted/legal mess with unproven reserves.

If successful stock in the "new company" will be issued to Alto shareholders.

IF this happened (which i highly doubt), the odds are the ALTO shareholders would be wiped out via a consolidation of the bloated float... which is probably why you hold no position

This post is made by Doug McFarland, Alto CEO. I do not have a stock position in Alto.

Why dont you put this info in a press release instead of spreading it on the boards? Seems unethical considering you have used more than one alias to spread info here.
