This update report answers why the original JV was terminated, but it fails to state if the contracted mining company will continue mining the originsl Fraser River Claim while the new documentation and negotiation is completed. It seems to suggest that it is, but NBRI must confirm that this mining will continue.

Question to NBRI's management: Will this larger Fraser River operation with of greater value become a JV, or will NBRI consider operating it alone?
