First of all, no shares were retired.

Second of all, if the shell is taken over by a legit business, or even a scam business, first order of business would be a MASSIVE REVERSE SPLIT considering there are 18 billion shares outstanding.

Also, the 278 shareholder figure is outdated, isn't it? What is the source of that figure?
