Jim is buying himself some nice Xmas gifts with your money lol. Why would he have considered an R/S back in March? They had an LOI, the share structure was great and PPS wasnt so bad. I guess he planned to crank up the A/S all along and dilute the $hit out of this before playing games with people's investments. This PR just confirms what a douchebag he is. Good luck gang.
