Semantics. The company was the first cause, if they dont sign the deal no selling is created. Anyway, if less converts come through, then I would agree that the chart appears decent.

And you are EXACTLY right with the last sentence. But if you listen the the old conference call, Rainer stated the incentives of the debt holders and company align.
