MMTC = AWESOME. There are some who try to diminish what MMTC is accomplishing, but it is hard to deny that things are coming together according to the plan. Putting your head in the sand (or where the sun don't shine) won't keep the MIT from hitting the ground running and helping food safety evolve to a modern, user friendly, accurate testing system.
