That is exactly what SC needs is someone who can make some in game adjustments. Monte never would change and the team would get the other teams to 3rd and 20 and he would put that Tampa 2 thingy out on the field with the safeties 30 yards off the ball and it seems like he hated man to man coverages with a passion.

Whoever SC gets they need to keep Orgeron because he is a great recruiter and the reason that a lot of the kids have commited. His defensive line was supposed to be the weak link this year and they got 39 of the 43 sacks that the team had.

For an offensive coordinator they might have to wait till the NFL season is over and the Chargers fire Norv Turner. The Air Coryell offense would look pretty good with the Trojans running that offense. Lots of intermediate routes and heavy use of the tight ends would suit me just fine since our run game will be looking really good next year with the recruits that we have coming in.
