KAT Exploration Inc (KATX)

I am hoping that KATX has ironed out who gets what by the time the S-1 has been declared effective so that the distribution will take less time. They've had almost a year to see who held shares through 12/21/11. I think the trickier part will be to see who held shares through the Ex-Div date, whenever that date is(was).
