I agree with your analogy to a point. Unlike the big Blue companies, Sub Penny stocks appear to grow it's legs through Excitement and Anxiety, not entirely through revenue. We have a straight forward CEO and I think we will hear more in the coming days. I base this on the reasoning that someone would not spend the money to clean up a company and become compliant without having some sort of plan to go forward and generate greater revenue!
