There is every reason for this to continue to rise well past .20
toward $1.00. CCTC is way undervalued considering the potential for this company.

I prefer steady buying than a "run," but this upturn is bound to create interest and excitement. And it is merited:
-CE status removed
-SEC issues resolved
-Test plant under construction
- Little dilution

This stock has a PPS every bit as stable as any blue chip. In the current environment, the risk/reward here is very attractive.
