I would think calypso would be suing for infringement and damages

I would think calypso would present the amount tmob gained off this infringement (like the ability to use the switching and the amount earned during the period of infringement, coupled with any other form of damages, to provide a framework to the jury to determine the damages calypso should be awarded - correct?

Is this a correct presumption on how this case would proceed?
