One stroke of a pen and we have a hope fully prosperous resort. The neighboring resorts in the area per my recent DD are doing very well.
THIS MAY VERY WELL BE A SUCCESSFUL VENTURE AT LONGLAST.

With Armondo as back up and guidance, and Swanks boxing connctions it may very well become a lucretive venture.
Jimmy Buffet or willie NELSON WOULD OR kc & THE SUNSHINE BAND ETC. WOULD BE GREAT FOR THE GRAND OPENING ETC.
tHIS NEEDS TO BE HIGHLY PROMOTED IN MY OPINION OR IT MSY SIMPLY GO UNNOTICED UNDER THE RADAR.
i AM OPTOMISTIC. i JUST HOPE NOTHING GETS OVERLOOKED THAT WIL SPOIL THE DEAL. The need for telephone poles etc. comes to mind.
There are some really great shareholders on this board an dai have enjoyed all the conversation over the years.
Hopefully we will all be happy real soon.
