Do we even care about the GEC's Potable Water Purification System (PPWS)? Is it even a viable piece of equipment? Is there any demand for it?

What exactly does this line mean? The Company and Ocion are also entering into negotiations on additional market distribution rights. Is it additional markets only for use in cooling towers? Is it different applications such as use in egg/chicken farms? Please splain.
