Seriously? The Market cap was the only thing "updated". That happens every day depending on the closing sp.

But the SS hasn't been updated since Mar 9, 2009. That's clear enough, isn't it?

The only updated information you have is from the TA. I received confirmation on 2 separate occasions.

The A/S is 20B. No one knows the O/S or float because the TA is gagged and the company hasn't updated OTCMarkets in 3 years.

Common sense tells you that if they needed to raise the A/S from 5B, that the O/S is more than 5B.

Here's a link to the volume in HESG going back to 2009. You'll see many days, especially in 2009, where DAILY trading volume was in excess of a billion shares.
