Book value is much higher than the current market cap. Largest shareholder is the irish givernment and they just paid 1,5 Billions for the Irish life division. Can't understand that silly rating without any volume. Compared to countries like Greece the green island called Ireland has got a bright future in Europe. They have seen the worst times already, while other countries in Europe like Spain are just about to get there.
