Good Morning, your getting shelf-life confused with products that are massed produced, packaged, then set on a shelf until sold.

Once sold, the S/Cap RFID Tags go directly to the buyer and are placed in the field. Even through Frick, there is no need to Frick to store products they are sent directly from manufacturing.
There would be no reason for someone too have say 5,000 for field applications, and buy 5,000 extra just in case they broke. There would be no reason for anyone to buy more than their specific needs. Immediate use....

The S/Cap is not mass produced then sits idle until sold. I am sure there are a small quantities in-house for anyone who desires a few and/or testing.

You may ask: How can EIPC for example receive an order then fill it within a reasonable time? It's being done and realize this not something that needs to be overnight expressed.

In regards too the 7-year warranty: https://www.google.com/search?q=Solar+RFID+Tag+Warranty&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=

This has not been a cake-walk in regards a quick change from Tags in the field with batteries. No doubt the masses at first continued to think: 'if I buy something solar powered will it break?'

DW would not for one second lie about field testing, results, etc. And yes that was my last simply put 'quote' that is now a stickynote.

I am not quoting anyone from the above statement. But I do know enough about manufacturing, how this product is manufactured then sold, [supply channels], there are no problems with shelf-life. Simply said you don't buy 2 or 222 and not have a need for a back-up, there isn't a need for a back-up.

Few want to believe in a product within a public entity unless the price per share correlates with financials, vise-versa. I understand that fully! There are those who want to believe there has been a huge sell off recently but that simply isn't true: http://stockcharts.com/c-sc/sc?s=EIPC&p=D&yr=0&mn=12&dy=0&i=p64411322788&r=1346427564235

2nd Chart: http://stockcharts.com/c-sc/sc?s=EIPC&p=d&b=5&g=0&id=p17970548896

3rd Chart/ 3_Month Accumulation/Distribution:
That's 2.03 million accumulated in the past 3 months.

Changing the subject a bit but still staying on course in regards too the PPS, one needs too understand our dear MM/Group.

If a symbol has quite a few shares out do MMs desire those back on a low volume day at the same price you paid? No.
Don't ask about how many shares/SS that is, this isn't important only to say that if a symbol is really thin, then it matters.

If EIPC did 1mil in volume one day with the PPS rising too .02c for example and 95% of volume that day where buys. Then the next day absolutely no volume until someone tries too sell 5k at 11am with no buyers guess what? Yeah the MM/Group may take your 5k as a sell, but you won't get the .02c even if it was on the BID the day before with say 20k because there are no buyers. That day one sell could take place with no buyers and the PPS could drop 25% on that one 5k sell. How does that work you say? If you ask that then you don't know the micro-cap market.

This is one reason why on low volume days even though there were more buys than sells and the A/D increases the PPS may not.
Low volume days may not make much of a change overall.

In micro-caps if your holding for long term you need to completely forget about how screwed up it looks it really doesn't matter because you can't do a dam thing about it. Among many other reasons, this is why even though a stock is being accumulated the PPS doesn't rise on low volume days.

Now, look at late July of 2012 on the 2nd chart what do you see? Huge volume days and how did the PPS & A/D work in unison?

In regards too the first Solar Powered RFID_Tag on the market this has not been an easy sell. It works, it doesn't break, but the masses don't jump ship with current relastionshps [who they've done business with for years, business marriage partners....

Think of a long relationship with a company that sells RFID Tags with batteries as you would 'Two Partners In Marriage'. You and your Spouse!

If you were married for 10 years or even 5 years, how long does it usually take too get divorced? That is, separate your home, your belongings, everything you've accumulated? Damage Control.. etc. It's done in STEPS!

This is first and foremost a. change. in. THINKING.

Your a CEO who has purchased $5 million commonly used battery powered Tags for the last 10 years from a company you really like and have dinner with the CEO every year. You even have their family over, etc. You have a serious marriage relationship with the company that sells you these tags.
It's CEO to CEO
It's VP to VP
Its maybe family connections

and you as someone within the relationship that controls the button to STOP this relationship is going too cut off ties and go with something new right after its out on the market? ha!
In your freak'n dreams!

A paradigm shift like this is a very slow and sometime painful process for those involved in serious years of relationships.
How long have relationships been connected in regards to RFID Tags with Batteries!! ??

It's also true that being here on iHub is also painful when one tries to figure out, 'what is a play and/or what is a longer term hold'?

No one or at least very few are what I consider serious 'intellectual property' GURU's that understand what it takes in micro-caps too hold something more than just a few months.

I also know that just one, and I mean one 'partnership' gathered together with EIPC 'so those that are naysayer' understand or say to themselves..... Hey look, EIPC has ??? onboard, a strategic partner. You want too see the PPS move up? Patience Pays!

Investors who are not on-board are waiting for a name too confirm this product is for real! A name... it doesn't have to be a house-hold name, but a name we are familiar with and one that holds water! We're not waiting, but wait and see.

We don't have that yet, we have sales through distributors.

Surely we've all been part of a public entity that trots along with good sales / positive earnings. Nothing spectacular happens until when? A Strategic Partner!

I'm not here to convenience anyone I could care less!

I know the intellectual property this company has
I know how frugal DW is, it's been proven over the past few years.
I also know one day, one day ... we'll open up a PR and all the patience [and sometimes venting PM's] even though I'm not responsible will have paid off.

If anyone thinks they can take $5k or even $50k and buy a game-changing product like this and have success overnight needs too fill their coffer with a 401k and get the hell outta here.
Fast Money Thinking is... Stupid Money that Seldom Happens!

EIPC is not a chase, it's a hold before others chase.

ps... none of this comes from the company, these are all my thoughts

The above are comments too ALL, and need no response. Better said I'd rather not have anyone respond unless you think the charts are wrong :)

If you think I'm happy with not having a higher PPS, think again!

Sales show companies are starting to 'give-in'
