In order for a company to be eligible for the NASDAQ or NYSSE, they would have to prove they are a fortune 500 company by generating billions(s) of dollars in revenue over a period of a couple year(s). They would have to also employ thousand(s) of workers in all levels...

I would say that's very difficult for "EPGL" to prove. I'll agree with you. Let's just focus on getting to OTCQX. Hopefully we'll make lot's of money so we won't have to be apart of an never ending battle of becoming something we can't.
