It's more like NAUG doesn't accept the independent auditor's numbers and is making an argument in their own behalf. Independent Auditors aren't always right EITHER, ya know>>>>>>>>

That is a GIANT LOL. Let's see, who do you believe? On the one hand a pink sheet company that has lied for almost a year about filing Form 10, or on the other hand an independent auditor whose only interest is in doing things right? I'm sure you are going with the Great Scott. LOL
